Can I change the content that you already have in there?

Of course you can. Our built-in site editor enables you to quickly and easily edit the content that we provided for you. No extra tools are needed. Just view your page in our wysiwyg editor, type in your changes and click save. It’s that easy.

You can also add your own pages with our editor just as easily. There are never any page limits with any package.

Can I use my own domain name?

Yes, you can use your existing domain with our service without any problems. Simply login to your domain registrar’s control panel and change your name servers to point to us. At account signup time, we will give you the name servers to enter into your domain registrar’s control panel. This is free of charge to use and manage your own existing domain. You can also park as many domains as you want on your LoansInteractive site free of charge.

Be sure that you do not use domain forwarding. Domain forwarding will cause most of your advance website features to not work properly.

What is your uptime?

Our servers have such a good uptime record that we guarantee our 99% performance. We use enterprise class Linux servers for the best possible performance, reliability and security.

What platform do you use?

We use enterprise class Linux servers in a secure hardened data center. Our data center has multiple connection service providers to provide redundant, reliable access. We have battery backups and backup generators that provide over a week of backup power.

All of our security connections are backed by GeoTrust 128 bit security SSL, the same as banks use for their online transactions.

Can I link to another site?

Yes, of course you can. You can link to other sites that you may have, set up link exchanges with your real estate broker, or what ever you want to link to that conforms to our Terms Of Service (nothing illegal, no porn, gambling, hate, etc). Basically, any legitimate, reputable business can be done through your LoansInteractive mortgage website. You have complete control over your content and can link to or include any text and images that you want.

Will my site be listed in the major search engines like Google, Yahoo and MSN?

We automatically submit your website to the major search engines for inclusion. We give you control over your title and meta tags for better rankings. We also give you a site map which helps the search engines find every page of your website easily. We name each of your pages using your title so your important keywords are in the URL of your page which is another that helps with your search engine rankings. Remember, being listed isn’t enough. You need a good ranking to get the traffic that you want.

You can set up the access privileges so that they can only see their own leads or choose to give them access to all the leads (owner, office manager, processors). In the secure leads management interface, you can of course see all of your leads plus download your completed 1003’s in both printable PDF for or importable Fannie Mae DuDo format for easy integration with Calyx Point, Encompass and every other major LOS software package.
